Sunday December 3 Petitioning Launch and Christmas Party

When I ran against Chuck Schumer in 2022, I became the first and only statewide candidate to achieve ballot status in New York State (after the outrageous tripling of the requirement to 45,000), thanks to many of you and your tough work for 6 brutal weeks in April and May last year.? I still remember that the first day started with a snowstorm in Buffalo -- but we persevered.? We cannot take it for granted that we will easily do this a second time, and there's a definite possibility that I'll be seeking more than one ballot line, which could mean DOUBLE the signatures (!!!).

So it's time to assemble our forces and get ready for the 2024 petitioning campaign, which begins on April 16.? Please plan now to put aside several days, or even weeks between April 16 and the end of May for this challenging task.? On the positive side, our volunteers spoke with hundreds of thousands of people while getting the signatures, which greatly increased the visibility of my campaign.

You are therefore invited to my statewide volunteers Christmas Party on Sunday, December 3 in the Syracuse area, which will be the launch of assembling the petitioning team.? The event will start at 3pm with refreshments and live classical music.? If you can't make it in person, you can tune in at 4:00 pm over Zoom for the hard facts on what's involved in the petitioning.? Please RSVP below either to attend in person, or over Zoom.?

My campaign spent close to $80,000 just to get on the ballot between gas, tolls, housing, printing, legal fees, etc, and we need to fill up that warchest now. So if you're not able to help gather signatures, you can absolutely help by funding the effort.
