Stress is a part of every teen?s life. Dealing with stress can sometimes lead students to turn to drugs as a way to cope, especially when facing challenges like mental health concerns or traumatic experiences. Use these materials to help educate students about the impact of stress on their body and help them learn healthy ways to cope with pressure.

Help teens develop healthy coping skills to set them up for success in dealing with stress and challenging circumstances.
