So why did Montana push so hard to reintroduce these snares and other killing tools? Why are they unleashing these barbaric killing methods on populations of wild wolves?

Their reasons don’t matter, though – all that matters is stopping them before more wolves have to die.

The reality is that a loud but tiny minority of anti-wolf extremists are working hard to destroy the future we’ve so carefully rebuilt for wolves.
