You may have noticed CC’s increased focus on generative AI and the commons this year. We have witnessed the profound impact of AI on how we create, consume, and distribute knowledge and culture. As AI continues to evolve, the importance of open access and ethical sharing becomes increasingly crucial. It's not just about sharing art, research, or educational materials; it's about ensuring that AI technologies benefit everyone, rather than a select few.
In the coming weeks, we’ll feature more thoughts on AI and the commons as part of our #GivingTuesday campaign. In the meantime, we invite you to join us in supporting Better Sharing.
