memory of William and Sheila Konar to advance Alzheimer's research and

reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and

The support of our community has helped us make tremendous
progress, with Food and Drug Administration-approved treatments
available that could meaningfully change the course of the disease for
people living with early Alzheimer's. While these treatments offer new
hope for some, they are not the answer for everyone. There's still
work to be done, and we need your support to get there.
