**Ohio's Issue 1 Decided Tomorrow**

*John, the vote for reproductive rights is upon us.*

The cumulation of months of hard work by organizers and activists across Ohio will be realized tomorrow night. 

 

**Despite attempts by MAGA-Republicans to use confusing ballot language and to subvert the will of the voters with August's Issue 1, the people of Ohio will be able to make their voices heard definitively. **

 

A "yes" vote on Issue 1 would enshrine reproductive choice into law in Ohio and ensure that people have more options and more time to evaluate those options. Ohio has been at the forefront of the discussion of reproductive justice since a story broke in 2022 about a young girl forced to seek abortion care in Indiana despite being** the victim of a rape** and only **ten years old. **
