**This is a project position, expected to last five years, with the possibility of extension.**
As the Legislative Campus Modernization (LCM) Project Manager, you will serve as a principal project manager and client advocate for state facilities or institutions with multiple buildings. LCM is a legacy project funded by the legislature to address critical facilities issues and space needs in the west capitol campus, specifically the Irving R. Newhouse, Joel M. Pritchard, and John L. O?Brien buildings. In this role, you will provide coordination and project management for all design and construction of public works projects to meet client requirements at those facilities. You will develop scopes of work, project schedules (start to closeout), cost estimates and will perform cost analysis required for budget forecasts, facilities planning, conceptual studies, and bid cost comparisons.
