We have big news: Rep. Ken Buck, who has represented this district since 2015, announced that he will not run for another term—setting up a competitive contest for an open seat in a year where House control hinges on the results of a handful of key elections.

Ken Buck's likely successor, MAGA lunatic Trent Leisy, always wears his MAGA King hat and a shirt with Trump's image that reads: "Sexiest Man Alive"
In his retirement announcement, Buck cited that he is tired of his party doubling down on Trump’s 2020 election lie, and the death threats he has gotten from his base. He also must have known that he would be forced to spend resources in a primary challenge—and then face off with me in the general election.
I am ready to fight for and win this seat to stop MAGA lunatics from taking over, because Colorado, and the country, deserves better.
