The Communications Division is hiring a Web Content Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the agency?s websites. In this role, you will lead the agency?s comprehensive content governance strategy. You will be a key member of an exciting 3-year web transformation project focused on improving our customers? digital experience with DES services. This project includes improving the content on DES.wa.gov and building a ?Visit Capitol Campus? website. You will work closely with subject matter experts and play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve customers? online experience with DES and better meet their needs. You will be responsible for producing, managing, and testing content and maintaining the integrity of the sites? information architecture to ensure the agency?s services and products are accessible and usable. You also will train and consult with content contributors on plain language, usability, and accessibility principles and regularly audit for all three. This is a full-time telework position with occasional required in-person meetings in the Olympia area"."?
