Friend,
Tomorrow, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear U.S. v. Rahimi , a major Second Amendment case which will decide if domestic abusers with qualifying restraining orders can be prohibited from accessing firearms — and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
This case is a matter of life and death for those impacted by domestic violence and has the potential to upend gun safety laws nationwide.
That’s why Brady and our coalition partners are rallying outside of the U.S. Supreme Court tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7, at 8:30 a.m. ET. Will you join us? [[link removed]]

You’ll hear from Brady President Kris Brown, Brady Chief Development and Engagement Officer Liz Dunning, Team ENOUGH Founding Member Aalayah Eastmond, and more.
The facts speak for themselves: Guns are the weapon of choice for domestic violence homicides in America, and female intimate partners are more likely to be murdered with a firearm than by all other means combined. Everyone is safer when abusers don’t have access to firearms.
But this case has the potential to make it easier for domestic abusers to gain access to firearms, putting all Americans, especially victims and survivors of domestic violence, at risk. We can’t let this happen, friend. It’s up to us to send a clear message to the Supreme Court, so please RSVP now. [[link removed]]
