Over the weekend, a FOX News host used EMILYs List's background research to challenge Speaker Mike Johnson on his anti-choice record. Trust me, I'm just as surprised as you are.

TAKE BACK THE GAVEL

Mike Johnson responded exactly how you'd expect. Instead of confirming or disputing our claims, he feigned ignorance: "I'm not sure what they're talking about, I really don't remember any of those measures."

This guy knows how extreme and unpopular his views are. But his halfhearted half-denials don't really matter — what matters is that this pro-choice community isn't letting him sweep his anti-choice extremism under the rug. We're here to call him out, and to call him out so loudly that even FOX News can't ignore it.

We placed Mike Johnson "On Notice" last week because we're committed to regaining the House majority and taking his gavel next November. That means we're investing in close House races across the country and working hard to make sure American voters know what MAGA Mike and his GOP cronies really believe.
