Appreciation for the Montford Point Marine Association; Important Local Election Tuesday, Nov. 7th
 
Over this past weekend, I was humbled to be recognized by the Montford Point Marine Association, Charlotte Chapter #40 for outstanding civic achievement. Thank you!
Their work holds a special place in our nation’s history, as they were the first African Americans to serve in the US Marine Corp during a time of great adversity. Their unwavering dedication, courage, and sacrifice has paved the way for future generations.
