Dear Defender of
Wildlife,

The administration has gone too far with this new threat to wolves and
wolverines: hunting these animals from the sky.

The Trump administration wants to allow hunters in Alaska to chase
down wolves and other wildlife from planes and then shoot the
often-exhausted animals when they can't run away anymore.

And to add insult to injury, they're going to let it happen on
national wildlife refuges.

Exposing wildlife on refuges to airborne hunting is inhumane: Tell the
Interior Department to reject this shameful proposal!

It's called "same-day airborne hunting." And it's banned nearly
everywhere because it is extreme and unfair. Many sport hunters oppose
the practice.

The state of Alaska has allowed this highly controversial practice at
times, but until now our wildlife refuges have been off-limits. These
lands - our public lands - were envisioned to help
conserve our country's wildlife.

And now, these public lands could see hunters chasing down wildlife
from the sky and then shooting the exhausted animals, unless we raise
our voices and stop this proposal in its tracks!

This new attack on vulnerable animals is part of an ongoing assault on
wildlife from this administration. Most Americans strongly oppose
same-day airborne hunting - and if we do nothing, Trump
administration politicos will force through their agenda, and wildlife
will suffer for it.

You and I know that same-day airborne hunting is just plain wrong.
Make sure the Interior Department knows it too: Speak up NOW and fight
back against this cruel practice in our wildlife refuges!
