After 10 years as Millennial Action Project, allow us to reintroduce ourselves.
Our new brand, rolling out today, reflects the optimism and pragmatism of the Gen Z and millennial lawmakers in our network: if we work together, America’s best days are ahead.
In our first decade, we built a bipartisan network of 1,800 young lawmakers in Congress and state legislatures. In our next decade, Future Caucus will expand that pipeline of rising leaders and equip them with the policy, leadership development, and storytelling tools to govern effectively and get results .

A better future requires an engine for healthy conflict and powerful solutions. It depends on leaders with a long-term perspective to manage disruption and new opportunities. Our new identity signals our ambition to help young lawmakers both transcend polarization in our current moment and craft effective public policy that makes sense for generations to come.
It’s about getting results in the democracy we have today in order to build the democracy we want tomorrow.
