John — President Trump just packed up his bags and left Scranton after parachuting in for his first town hall of the 2020 election.

Now that Trump has generated tons of money and enthusiasm for Northeastern Pennsylvania Republicans who want to flip Matt’s seat, it’s up to us to fight back. Will you chip in a contribution so we can get the truth out about Matt’s bipartisan record over the noise of the President’s Fox News town hall? [[link removed]]CHIP IN NOW ➜ [[link removed]]

Here’s a truth that we’ll need to get out there very quickly: While in Scranton, the President promised to cut the hard-earned benefits that our families rely on.

When asked how he would address the deficit without cutting critical programs like Social Security and Medicare, the President enthusiastically promised, “Oh, we’ll be cutting them.”

John, Matt will never stop fighting for programs people worked so hard to earn like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. He doesn’t believe that tax cuts for the wealthy should be paid for by everyday Americans who rely on these programs to survive.

It’s imperative everyone in PA-08 knows Matt’s record on affordable healthcare and earned benefits. From fighting against efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act without a replacement, to opposing a lawsuit from National Republicans to strip coverage for those with pre-existing conditions, and defending programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, Matt has been leading this crucial fight.

Will you rush a contribution before the weekend so we can get Matt’s message out there? We need to mobilize to get the truth out immediately. [[link removed]]

Yours,
Colleen
