Thousands of Pro-Palestinian Protesters March on White House

New York Post: Tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters massed in Washington, DC, Saturday afternoon before descending upon the White House to chant, “Allahu akbar” and “F–k Joe Biden” as they accused the president of genocide and demanded a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” the crowd dotted with Palestinian flags and signs cried at the start of the event, which drew attendees from across the country. The chant – which is growing increasingly popular in the wake of Hamas’ deadly incursion into southern Israel last month and Israel’s subsequent retaliatory attacks on Gaza – is widely considered antisemitic because it implies the elimination of the State of Israel and its people (New York Post). Andy Ngo: On Saturday night Nov. 4, militant anti-Israel protesters surrounded part of the White House and tried breaking down a gate in order to storm the building. Unable to get in, they carried out acts of vandalism where they could (X). Collin Rugg: Pro-Palestine protesters appear to be threatening to storm through the White House fences and are threatening Secret Service agents. Multiple video angles show hundreds of angry protesters up against the White House fence. They also threw red paint on the fence as they blame Joe Biden for genocide in Gaza. The incident came after tens of thousands of people gathered in DC on Saturday to protest Biden and the US government’s support of Israel. Some protesters went as far to call Biden “Genocide Joe” (X).

Pro-Hamas Protestors March on DC, Graffiti Terror Messages
Fox News: A building in Washington D.C. was vandalized with graffiti messages reading, “Death to Israel” and “Glory 2 the Martyrs,” as thousands of protesters descended on the nation’s capital to protest on the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. “In our backyard: “Death to Israel” and “Glory to our Martyrs,” among other violent antisemitic graffiti spotted in Washington DC. WhereIsTheOutrage,” the Israeli embassy to the United States said in an X post Saturday (Fox News). HotAir: The bottom line is that the mask has been fully pulled away at this point. It no longer matters who it was that fomented all of this antisemitic hatred on the left in America. They have adopted the most fundamental rhetoric of the Hamas terrorists. Nobody here is arguing for a “two-state solution.” They are literally arguing against the right of Israel to even exist and inciting violence against the Jewish people. They might as well be over there firing the rockets themselves (HotAir).

Secretary of State Antony Blinken Rushes to the Middle East to Assure Leaders the U.S. Will Contain the War in Gaza, Help Civilians
Wall Street Journal: The U.S. is rushing to support Middle East leaders facing domestic turmoil over the Israel-Hamas conflict, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken making two surprise visits Sunday to the West Bank and Iraq, as the Biden administration comes under pressure to secure a pause in fighting and ease regional tensions. The unannounced stops, first to the West Bank city of Ramallah, and then, to Iraq’s capital, Baghdad, followed a summit of Arab leaders Saturday in Jordan, where Blinken reassured Middle East allies that the U.S. would work to keep the conflict from spreading and help Palestinian civilians caught in the unfolding humanitarian crisis. The U.S. secretary’s whirlwind regional tour comes at a complex and combustible moment for the Middle East. The Biden administration is attempting to navigate between its support for Israel’s right to defend itself and Arab allies who are calling to halt fighting. The trip marked early efforts to work out how to restore calm and stability in Gaza after the war while also addressing the dangers of a regional war that could put more American lives at risk (Wall Street Journal). Politico: Arab officials said it was far too soon to discuss one of Blinken’s main agenda items, Gaza’s postwar future. Stopping the killing and restoring steady humanitarian aid are immediate that must be addressed first, they said. Arab states are resisting American suggestions that they play a larger role in resolving crisis, expressing outrage at the civilian toll of the Israeli military operations but believing Gaza to be a problem largely of Israel’s own making. But U.S. officials believe Arab backing, no matter how modest, will be critical to efforts to ease the worsening conditions in Gaza and lay the groundwork for what would replace Hamas as the territory’s governing authority, if and when Israel succeeds in eradicating the group (Politico).

Kamala Harris' Stepdaughter Raises Millions for Palestine
Townhall: In the initial slaughter of Israel erupted by Iran-backed terrorists, several Democrats were quick to call on the Jewish country to ceasefire in their call to support Palestinians. Vice President Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter is no exception. Ella Emhoff has reportedly raised nearly $8 million for the “Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund.” Emhoff, whose father, Doug Emhoff, is Jewish, used her personal Instagram to pledge her support for Gaza despite the Hamas terrorist’s attack on Israel, causing more than 1,400 Israelis to be killed. According to ProPublica, the fundraiser has acquired more than $7.8 million and is being operated by the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, a nonprofit based in Kent, Ohio, which raised nearly $21 million in 2021 (Townhall). HotAir: Ella is close with her father and Kamala. There has been no comment from either yet. Back in 2021, a spokesperson for Ella stressed that Ella does not consider herself a Jew and was not raised as a Jew. Her father is Jewish. He is working with the Biden administration as the point person on working against anti-Semitism (HotAir).

Democrats Chastise Rep. Rashida Tlaib for Spreading Lies to Cover for Hamas
Daily Wire: Some Michigan Democrats have spoken out against Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) after she expressed support for calls for genocide against the state of Israel. Tlaib, who is Muslim, has promoted Hamas terrorist propaganda in the weeks following their unprecedented attack against Israel, where they murdered more than 1,400 people, wounded 5,300, and kidnapped more than 240 others. Tlaib started facing backlash after she promoted a video on her X account that featured an anti-Semitic slogan. “From the river to the sea is an aspirational call for freedom, human rights, and peaceful coexistence, not death, destruction, or hate,” Tlaib claimed. “My work and advocacy is always centered in justice and dignity for all people no matter faith or ethnicity” (Daily Wire). Michigan AG Dana Nessel: Rashida Tlaib, I have supported and defended you countless times, even when you have said the indefensible, because I believed you to be a good person whose heart was in the right place. But this is so hurtful to so many. Please retract this cruel and hateful remark (X). Michigan Senator Jeremy Moss: This is not how Jews view the phrase “from the river to the sea.” This is not how Hamas views the phrase “from the river to the sea.” Hamas uses it as a rallying cry. And they don’t simply want to displace Jews in Israel. They want Jews dead (X).

Trump Leads Biden in Five Battleground States
New York Times: Donald Trump leads Joe Biden in five of six key battlegrounds polled by The New York Times and Siena College (New York Times). National Review: Voter sentiments surrounding the incumbent’s performance are poor, with 59 percent either strongly or somewhat disapproving. 49 percent said there’s hardly any chance they support Biden in the next general election, while 46 percent said the same of Trump. Economic issues such as jobs, taxes, or the cost of living ranked as the highest importance for voters at 57 percent. Similarly, voters’ assessment of the economy showed that 52 percent believe it is in bad condition (National Review). RNC Research: Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett says Biden’s drop in support among Black Americans is because “feelings are dictating their reality” and they aren’t “understanding exactly how any of this works” (X).

76 Percent of Adults Think the Country is on the Wrong Track
ABC: A year before the presidential election, three-quarters of Americans (76%) believe the country is headed in the wrong direction and the leading Democratic and Republican candidates are viewed broadly unfavorably, according to a new ABC News/Ipsos poll. Only 23% of Americans think the country is headed in the right direction. Republicans are overwhelmingly negative, with 95% thinking things in this country are heading in the wrong direction, followed by 76% of independents and 54% of Democrats (ABC). RNC Research: ONE YEAR FROM ELECTION DAY: “76% of adults in this poll say the country is headed in the WRONG direction. Only 23% — less than a quarter of the country — say that we’re headed on the right track” (X).

Stacey Abrams Tells Jen Psaki Kamala Harris’ Criticism is Due to Misogyny and Racism
Washington Examiner: Democratic politician Stacey Abrams attributed frequent criticism of Vice President Kamala Harris to discrimination. The failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate said during an interview on MSNBC’s Inside with Jen Psaki on Sunday that Harris would not face the same criticism if she were a white, male politician (Washington Examiner). RNC Research: Election Denier Stacey Abrams says Americans think Kamala Harris is incompetent because of “misogyny and racism” (X).

Influx of Crime, Not Prosecuting Criminals Just Hurts Law-Abiding Citizens
National Review: We’ve all seen the videos of wiped-out store shelves in places such as San Francisco, which is but one example of how retail-theft rings steal billions from retailers for resale through their own channels, including online and in foreign countries. But it isn’t just empty shelves that hurt; it’s the way that the lawlessness is driving up prices, shutting stores, putting families at risk, and making lives worse for regular people who are dealing with enough already. Rogue prosecutors are full-scale enablers of this mess. California has relaxed criminal penalties for theft of retail goods. Prosecutors in places such as Los Angeles and San Francisco go further still and release suspects via cashless bail or refuse to press charges at all. And the problem isn’t confined to liberal states. Consider how other progressive lawmen, such as Dallas County’s John Creuzot, have stopped prosecuting shoplifting altogether. It is families and consumers who are getting quietly hit by the fallout from the mess that these rogue prosecutors and their allies have wrought (National Review).

Biden’s Support of Israel Could Destroy the Democrat Coalition
Axios: No issue threatens to break President Biden’s fragile Democratic coalition like Israel’s response to the Hamas terrorist attack. Infighting is spreading, slowly but meaningfully, at every layer of the Democratic Party over Biden’s full-throated support of Israel. It runs much deeper than college campus protests or caustic comments from elected officials. Many liberal Jews are furious that so many progressive Democrats aren’t more outraged by the slaughter of family and friends back in Israel. Some are threatening to leave the party. Pro-Palestinian Democrats are outraged at the rising death tolls in Gaza made possible by Biden’s posture. Biden’s administration and political operation are getting tense and growing more deeply divided. Nearly 20% of the DNC’s roughly 300 employees signed a letter asking their boss to demand a ceasefire (Axios).
