According to Daily Kos, Virginia’s upcoming election will be “one of the most consequential election battles of the year.”
That’s because if Republicans flip just two seats in the state senate, they’ll win full control of Virginia’s state government, giving them unchecked power to pass their extreme MAGA agenda.
But if Democrats flip two seats in the House of Delegates, they’ll have the power to block extreme GOP proposals so they can protect the progress we’ve made.
President Obama: “The next big election is happening a lot sooner than you think. Many states across the country are holding important elections this year. That’s why the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, led by my friend Eric Holder, is working to help elect Democracy Defenders across the country who will support fair elections. . . .
