What can we do in 365 days, John?

That's a big question! In the course of a year, you can do just about anything if you put your mind to it. You can learn to speak elementary Portuguese, or how to play guitar. You could start a new company, plan a wedding, grow a garden, clean the garage and keep it clean, or any number of things.

Here's what I'm planning to do over the next 365 days:

Fight for more housing policy reform in Washington;

Work to transition Washington to a green economy;

Ensure working families have good paying jobs to keep a roof over their heads and dinner on the table; and

Run for reelection so that we can keep fighting for Washington's future.

Washington will elect a new Governor, the majority in the Senate or House could swing either way, and the Presidential election appears to be hurtling towards a rematch. There will be no shortage of politicking and drama over the next year, but we can't let it distract us from what we can get done right here in Washington state. Because we have a lot to do: We need to solve our housing crisis, tackle climate change, invest in our communities, and keep working hard for hardworking families in our state.

That's why we started our reelection campaign early, so that we can focus on helping Washingtonians and not be distracted by a last minute scramble to put together a campaign.

With 365 days to go, can I count on you to donate today so we can build a campaign that will keep working for everyone here in Washington? [[link removed]]

We can accomplish a lot over the next year, so join our campaign today and let's be sure working families can continue to have a voice in Olympia.

Thank you,

Denny
