Dear friend, The New York Times is reporting that Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin is using this fall's upcoming elections as a springboard to national office. He's convinced that if he can flip the VA legislature to full GOP control, he'll be in a position to make a credible bid for the presidency, maybe even next year. Worse yet, a GOP' trifecta' in state government -- meaning Youngkin as Governor, a Republican-controlled Senate, and a Republican-controlled House of Delegates -- would lead to disastrous policies for the Commonwealth. In a few days, the eyes of the nation will turn to Virginia. What kind of message will we send to our country? Let's show them that Virginia isn't going to fall backward. Thanks for reading, Team Kaine for Virginia ![]()
