That's how far we are from Election Day. Just one year.

One year to talk to every single swing voter across Florida. One year to build relationships with the communities who will decide this election. One year to show voters the truth about Rick Scott. One year to pull ahead in the polls. One year to fight back against Rick Scott's attack ads. And just one year to gather the resources we'll need to accomplish all of that.

Listen, I know Florida is ready to flip blue next year. I feel it in my bones and I see it in the excitement building behind this campaign. Everywhere I go, Floridians can’t wait to send Rick Scott home. I am so, so grateful for every single person who has joined this movement. Because of your support, we're in an incredible position:

Election experts have ranked Rick Scott as one of the most vulnerable senators in the country. He only won this seat by 0.12% (just 10,033 votes!), and he's spent the past six years pushing an agenda that goes against everything Floridians stand for. Today, Rick Scott is barely holding onto this seat, and I know our campaign has a winning message. But unfortunately, it's not that simple.

This race is going to come down to cold hard cash — plain and simple. If we let Rick Scott drown out our message with a barrage of lies and attack ads funded by his massive fortune, we will not win.

Early investments from grassroots Democrats will determine the outcome of this election. That's why I am personally asking: Can you rush a donation before midnight tonight to help make sure we don't lose this race (and our Senate majority) because Rick Scott outspent us?
