Hi there,

I’ve worn many hats in my life. I am a science educator, former pediatric occupational therapist, environmentalist and advocate, mother, and of course the former First Lady Of Virginia.

And another role that I am extremely proud of? Honorary Board Chair for Roe Your Vote Virginia.

Reproductive rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia have never been more important OR more at risk. In fact, Republican legislators in Virginia have made it clear they will stop at nothing to undo our years of progress and strip away our rights.

I believe two critical things:

✅ All Virginians deserve to make their own choices about their futures and families.
✅ Our Commonwealth is under attack in our State Legislature and the Governor's office, but Virginia’s voters have a unique opportunity coming up in two weeks…

On November 7, every single seat in the House of Delegates and State Senate is on the ballot. Voting in a pro-reproductive rights majority will ensure progress happens in our state.
