Hola mi gente,

I realized this morning that Election Day in 2024 is one year from today — November 5, 2024.

It’s a little crazy to think about to be honest with you.

Back when I had to sleep on the floor of the apartment my mom got for us after my dad left, thinking I’d be here was something that never entered my mind.

But when you hit fast forward a few decades, I was making my decision to run for Senate. When I decided I was going to do it, it was to take back Arizona’s seat from Kyrsten Sinema. Replace her with somebody who would show up for the middle class, for working families. For kids like me.

Hit fast forward again, a few months this time, and Kari Lake jumped into the race. And all I could think about was being on the floor of the Capitol on January 6th. Ready to defend my colleagues, to defend our democracy. Ready to fight.

We’ve got to beat both of them. We’ve got to kick Sinema out. But we’ve got to save our country from Kari Lake, too.

It’s too important. And one year out, we’re at a critical bellwether. An important benchmark on our progress to victory in 2024.

So today, one year to the day until Election Day, I’m asking you to make your donation to my campaign. Make it for whatever you can afford. Anything helps here, and when lots of people chip in it adds up fast. That’s how we win.
