NEWSMAX’s New Documentary News Series Newsfront Exposes the Visa Overstay Crisis

New York, New York — NEWSMAX announced that its new documentary news TV series Newsfront will rebroadcast its first episode, “America Under Siege,” Sunday night at 9:30pm Eastern. It originally premiered on Saturday, September 16th at 6:30pm Eastern.
Newsfront is a documentary news TV series produced by NEWSMAX that focuses on politics, current events, and human interest stories. Its first episode, “America Under Siege,” details the non-immigrant visa overstay crisis, which does not receive the same headlines as the southern border crisis, but impacts all Americans just the same.
The episode includes a careful examination of the political agenda which enables and incentivizes non-immigrant visa overstayers to remain in our country illegally.
The program includes exclusive interviews with former Trump strategist Dr. Sebastian Gorka, America First Policy Institute Executive Director & Chief Strategy Officer Chad Wolf, Heritage Foundation Senior Research Fellow Lora Ries, Act for America Chairman Brigitte Gabriel, The Remembrance Project National Director Maria Espinoza, Joshua Wilkerson’s mom Laura Wilkerson, and Richard Grossi’s sister Maureen Grossi Laquerre.
Award-winning filmmaker Jack Thomas Smith serves as the writer, director, and co-executive producer of the series, working with his production company Fox Trail Productions and his co-executive producer Mandy Del Rio.
Del Rio says, “We’re storytellers of truth and accuracy. We don’t get into ‘what ifs,’ conspiracies, or anything that cannot be proven.”
She adds that Newsfront is not only a documentary TV series that deals with sensitive topics and important issues the American people care about, “but we craft each episode cinematically to draw the viewer in and captivate their attention.”
Speaking about the first episode “America Under Siege,” Del Rio explains, “The issue of visa overstays is a shadowed aspect of illegal immigration. Certain political leaders are using this to their advantage at the expense of the American people.”
Visa overstayers represent nearly half of the illegal aliens in the United States.
Yet, the Biden administration and the Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has instructed ICE to not pay attention to these violations.
“The Democrats see illegal aliens as a future voting bloc,” says Jack Thomas Smith.
He notes that four of the 9/11 hijackers were visa overstayers.
“Haven’t we learned from 9/11?” asks Smith. “The agenda of a political party should never endanger the lives of American citizens.”
In addition, Smith explains that “the lives of two of the guests in this episode were changed forever because of visa overstayers and the government’s failure to deport them.”
Newsfront: “America Under Siege” reveals that government officials are shielding non-immigrant visa overstayers from law enforcement for political gain at the expense of American citizens.
