This is an opportunity to vote upon legislation. Election Day Vote Center locations and additional proposed State Constitutional Amendment information can be found on the www.navgop.org website.

First Day for candidates to file for public office in the 2024 Republican Primary Election is Saturday November 11, 2023. Republican Headquarters will be open that day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be a notary present.

All other candidate filings during November 11 thru December 11 filing period must done by appointment with the Republican Party Of Navarro County Chairman Steve Jessup at [email protected]. Also, the Secretary can receive candidate filings at [email protected]. Candidates filing for office with multiple county jurisdictions (outside Navarro County) must file with the State Party in Austin TX.

Before any preliminary campaign expenses or receipts, you must file your "Appointment of Treasurer" with the Navarro County Elections Administration, 601 North 13th Street, (County Annex) in Corsicana. All applications must be completed and accompanied by the required filing fees. Everything must be submitted and collected at one time.

Last Day for candidate filing is Monday December 11 until 6:00 pm.


Building Blocks For Liberty will be teaching their Constitution 101 class (boot camp) on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Republican Headquarters, 111-B West Third Avenue in downtown Corsicana.

There is no charge for the class, however a headcount is needed to provide sufficient materials and lunch. Please contact Republican Party Of Navarro County Chairman Steve Jessup at [email protected] if you plan to attend

There will be an opportunity to purchase books, such as "The Handbook for 'We the People'" by Bob Hilliard. For more information, reference their website buildingblocksforliberty.org.
