Urgent update, John: State officials in Wyoming have asked a court to rule that the state’s TOTAL abortion ban is constitutional, claiming ABORTION IS NOT HEALTH CARE. 

Yes, you read that right. 

Wyoming’s constitution explicitly protects the right to make one’s own health care decisions. But apparently, exercising control over your own body is not health care.
