Youngkin’s ‘purge’ removed nearly 3,400 legal Virginia voters from the rolls
We’re just 3 days away from one of the most important elections in Virginia. And this week, Gov. Glenn Youngkin admitted that his administration removed nearly 3,400 qualified, legal voters from the state’s rolls -- far higher than their previous estimate of 270.
Earlier this month, Tim Kaine, along with Mark Warner and the rest of the Virginia Democratic Congressional delegation, urged A.G. Merrick Garland to open an investigation into Youngkin’s tactics.
The assault on our fundamental right to vote is inexcusable. And it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
