Among the many attacks on reproductive care happening across the country, there is a baseless lawsuit against Planned Parenthood that is directly aimed at keeping patients from getting the care they need at Planned Parenthood health centers. Last week, Texas federal judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ordered a trial in this politically motivated case.
