The future of Social Security is on the ballot this November, John. The president made that clear last night on live TV. If we're going to protect the earned benefits countless Iowans rely on, then we need to flip the Senate. Will you chip into my campaign to help us win here in Iowa - one of the most important Senate races in the country?

When my first husband died in a tragic workplace accident, it was his Social Security survivor benefits that helped keep me and my young children out of poverty. These attacks are personal to me, and remind me why it's so important we flip the Senate -- so we can fight for our hardworking families.
I can't do this alone. Will you rush a donation of $5 right away to help my grassroots campaign? Winning in Iowa means we can continue fighting for the future of programs like Social Security.

With the president admitting that he has plans to slash funding from programs like Social Security and Medicare and my extreme Republican opponent, Senator Ernst, eager to gut Social Security "behind closed doors," we have to act now if we want any chance of protecting these earned benefits.
This race is personal for me, and I'll never stop fighting to protect Social Security. But national Republicans are spending big to beat me. Will you pitch in $5 or whatever you can to help elect a leader who will protect Social Security?
