We have over 200 trailblazing Emerge women on the ballot, ready to build strong, women-led majorities that can protect our rights in every state.
In Kentucky, all four women running for statewide office on the November ballot are Emerge alums, including Col. Pam Stevenson, Candidate for Kentucky Attorney General. If elected, she will be the first Black woman attorney general in Kentucky.
In Virginia, first-time candidate and Emerge alum Lily Franklin is running for the House of Delegates in District 41. Through hard work and dedication, she has made her highly competitive race, winnable.
In New Jersey, Britnee Timberlake, current Assemblywoman for District 34 is now a candidate for the State Senate. She was mentored by the late New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver who recruited Timberlake to her assembly seat when she became Lieutenant Governor herself.
We need these women and countless others to fight for us at every level of office, to push back against the far-right, and to send a strong message to MAGA Republicans ahead of the 2024 races that our democracy belongs to us!

We deserve new voices in leadership who represent all our communities and put people, our rights, and our futures first. Emerge has been building a bench of Democratic women to do exactly that, but we can’t wait until “big” election years to do it.

We MUST seize the opportunity to transform politics here and now. Because the GOP isn’t waiting until 2024 to unleash their anti-science, anti-women, and anti-voter policies. They’re aggressively pushing their out-of-touch agenda and positioning their candidates to lock in right-wing power for years to come. We can’t let that happen, John, but we need your help to stop it.
