Dear John,

For far too long, the National Security Agency (NSA) has been a symbol of
government overreach and intrusion into the private lives of American
citizens. Since its creation on November 4, 1952, the NSA has repeatedly
overstepped its constitutional boundaries, eroding our fundamental rights
and violating the very principles upon which our nation was built. The time
has come for a change, and from a libertarian perspective, the abolition of
the NSA is not just an idea – it's a moral imperative.

In 2013, the world learned the shocking truth about the extent of NSA
surveillance through the courageous actions of Edward Snowden. As a
contractor, he risked his freedom to reveal that the NSA was spying on
every American without cause, flagrantly disregarding the Fourth Amendment
and the principles of a free society. SNOWDEN IS NOT A TRAITOR; he's a
whistleblower who exposed the blatant violations of our rights. It's time
for our nation to recognize his courage and sacrifice by pardoning him and
welcoming him home as a hero, not a villain.
