The very essence of our Christian faith's expression stands on a delicate precipice. 

The 53rd UN Human Rights Council, last June, sounded a serious alarm bell, suggesting that our Christian beliefs inherently breach so called “LGBT rights”. 

This stance fundamentally threatens our Christian beliefs and freedom to practice our faith wholly!

From the onset, CitizenGO was at the forefront, campaigning and fighting against the profound dangers posed to the very fabric of our Christian beliefs.

The alarming stance promoted by the UN ignited our commitment to act - and we were back again!

In a remarkable display of unity and determination, CitizenGO activists from different corners of the world rallied together for a synchronized demonstration, pressurizing governments to take a stand against the report, and stand for religious freedom.

But it is your engagement that has been invaluable and the backbone of our actions, and today, I’m eager to update you on our collective progress.

Throughout our journey, the momentum you've helped build has been nothing short of phenomenal. Over the span of just three campaigns, each one has garnered more than a staggering 250,000 signatures - a testament to the strength and dedication of the united community we are. 

At CitizenGO, we sprang into action, backed by your invaluable support, as we challenged and continue to battle this UN report to the bitter end.

Outside the parliaments and governmental buildings of Italy, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, and Canada, among other countries, our activists staged impactful stunts that captured the attention of policymakers.

A stark reminder for governments about the global commitment behind our cause, whilst championing the cause of countless Christians who today face the risk of being silenced or penalized for merely expressing their faith.

This joint action was a resounding declaration of our commitment, and the pressure we continue to exert on governments, urging them to safeguard and uphold our cherished Christian rights.

Our lobbying, advocacy and activist efforts have reached the governments of over 30 countries, and the petitions we presented were fortified by the hundreds of thousands of signatures from committed CitizenGO members like you. 

Ever since the report was published at the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) our team has worked tirelessly:

• Meeting with as many delegations as possible to enlighten them about the core concerns of this report;
• Warning our representatives of the possible drastic repercussions;
• And most importantly, encouraging our Governments to take the side of religious liberty.

Our team delivered speeches on this issue in the face of huge adversity in plenary halls full of large LGBT lobby groups and woke leftist government representatives.

Yet, in the face of such compelling advocacy, many governments, including the United States, continue to display a concerning reticence. 

I believe much fo this hesitancy seems to be rooted in a fear to counteract the potent and influential LGBT and trans lobbies. 

While governments remain hesitant, policies and laws muffling our voices and advancing the LGBT and trans agendas are on the rise. 

Daily, I'm inundated with distressing accounts of Christians facing rights violations and prosecution whether for challenging LGBT or trans ideologies in their workplaces, confronting censorship on digital platforms, or standing against the unsettling narratives presented to their children in educational institutions. 

A worrying trend is emerging, where Christians taking a stance against forceful teachings of extreme gender ideologies are swiftly branded as "intolerant" or even "extremists." 

The stakes have risen dramatically!

That is why the journey ahead remains critical. 

We are committed to diligently tracking every development related to this report, prepared to act swiftly and effectively. 

As we strategize our plan going forward, our greatest strength remains in the unity and support of our community.
