Since the pandemic, a typical homebuyer in California has seen their mortgage payments go up by a whopping 127 percent. You read that right… in just a few years, they’ve more than DOUBLED!
It’s no wonder why so many families feel they’re unable to even afford a home in the Golden State…
And get this – because payments are so high right now, we haven’t seen home sale activity this low since the Great Recession.
This is a recipe for DISASTER, John.
But Democrat politicians in Washington and Sacramento are so out-of-touch, they seriously expect us to believe the economy is somehow strong right now!
It’s insulting. We need conservative leaders who will grow our economy, tackle rising prices, and make life more affordable for Californians and Americans.
We do NOT need more liberal politicians who raise our taxes, contribute to inflation, and try to sweet talk us into denying reality.
