Last term, we watched as the Supreme Court dramatically expanded gun rights. As a result, lower courts stacked by Trump judges worked around the clock to strike down long standing gun safety measures including laws that protect people who have experienced domestic violence.
Next week, the Court will hear arguments on whether these courts can continue their campaign to eliminate long standing gun laws and potentially worsen the gun violence epidemic.
