John,
Rep. Steve King had quite the week last week.
FIRST, he went on the floor of the House of Representatives to beg Republican leadership to let him back onto his congressional committees.
After over a year of being the most useless member of Congress, he’s finally feeling ready to get back to work... although he’s still not taking responsibility for his own words and blaming others for the consequences.
THEN in commemoration of all of his contributions to society, two comedians put up a tiny statue of Steve King in front of the Iowa Statehouse.
As the plaque reads: “This site is dedicated to Confederate sympathizer and White Nationalist, Steve King. Here, King is honored with the world’s smallest Confederate statue. A tiny statue for a tiny man.”
NOW, while these are all fun in principle, it’s high time Iowa’s 4th District has an honorable, decent, and hardworking representative -- not one who puts himself first and can’t get anything done in Congress.
Chip in $5 or anything you can to our campaign today so we can replace Steve King this November >> [link removed]
Thanks for taking this race seriously. It’s fun to laugh at how outrageous Steve King can be, but it’s time for a change.
