Fellow Conservative,

Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) is refusing to make it easy for the Biden administration to reshape the military into a Woke Army.

But on Wednesday night, five of his fellow Republican colleagues went to the Senate floor to perpetuate Chuck Schumer’s myths about Senator Tuberville’s holds.

Senator Tuberville has objected to President Biden's instruction to the Pentagon to use taxpayer dollars to fund abortion travel and expenses, because it's illegal and it's taxpayer funded abortion. To create leverate for conservatives, he has blocked unanimous consent votes on military promotions, and made clear he isn’t going to make it easy for the administration.

While Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Todd Young (R-IN), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Mitt Romney (R-UT) blamed Senator Tuberville for defense nominees not being confirmed to their positions, the reality is it is Sen. Chuck Schumer who is responsible.

Senator Tuberville is simply requiring that military promotions receive a vote on record. This means that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer would have to prioritize scheduling time on the Senate calendar to give them votes. And Schumer has already done it twice! He could do it again.

Senate floor time is a reflection of priorities. And Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has made clear he considers scheduling votes on bureaucrats, bloated spending bills, and Biden’s radical agenda more important than our national defense.

Each vote on a military promotion is another chance to expose Biden’s agenda. Competent leaders who put the mission first should receive their promotions. But officers who want to push a radical political agenda on the troops should be scrutinized, exposed, and voted down.

Now, Democrats are working with moderate Republicans on a change to Senate rules to allow for military promotions to be voted on in groups (en bloc). The lengths to which abortion opponents will go to defend their radical agenda knows no limits. This effort to change the Senate’s rules should be offensive to even Senators concerned about military nominations.

Will you call your Senators’ offices, and let them know you support taking the Biden agenda off auto-pilot?

Urge your Senators to:

  • Support Senator Tuberville’s hold on military nominations
  • Rescind Biden’s abortion policy in the National Defense Authorization Act
  • Refuse to change the Senate rules to advance a radical abortion agenda

It’s important they hear from constituents on this. You can find their office phone numbers here. Thanks for making the call.
