Congressman Kim hosted a webinar on Monday with representatives from the Department of Education Financial Student Aid, New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority, and YesSheCanCampaign.
The group discussed how to finance and navigate your higher education plans through government programs like FAFSA and New Jersey state loans and aid options, creating a loan repayment plan through the SAVE plan, Parent Plus loans and information regarding borrowing for parents of undergraduates and graduate students, and efforts to increase transparency in financial aid and loan options.

Open: Spring Internship Applications
We are excited to share that our internship applications are back open for the Spring term! If you or someone you know is interested in hands-on experience in Congress, apply to help us serve New Jersey. We have openings for legislative and communication internships in our Washington, DC office and positions across our district offices in Freehold, Hamilton, and Willingboro.

UPCOMING: Veterans Affairs Tele - Claims Consultations
We are hosting a Telephone Claims Consultations Clinic again with the Department of Veterans Affairs! Local veterans, servicemembers, and dependents eligible to receive VA benefits can call our Freehold District Office at 732-504-0490 to schedule their call from a VSO. All calls will be scheduled for between 9 AM - 6 PM on Friday, November 10th.
On your call, VSOs can help get information about VA benefits, submit a claim for compensation benefits, and get information on the status of your claim.
Open: Vaccination Fridays - Burlington County
Due to increased difficulty in finding places with COVID vaccinations for children under 3 years old, Burlington County Health Department and Southern New Jersey Family Medical Centers are offering vaccination clinics with the new COVID vaccines.
The clinics will be open starting Friday, November 3 from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Health Department. Updated vaccines are available for Burlington County residents between 6 months to 11 years old. Schedule an appointment here.
