In just days, abortion rights will be on the ballot in both Virginia and Ohio, and our freedom is at stake.

Republicans already control the Virginia House of Delegates and are just 4 seats away from flipping the Senate – which is a five-alarm fire considering that their hedge fund alumni Governor, Glenn Younkin, said he would sign any anti-abortion bill that comes across his desk.

In Ohio, voters will have the opportunity to amend the state Constitution to guarantee reproductive freedom.

That’s why Our Revolution is going all out with our local chapters and activists on the ground to overcome billionaire spending, defend our rights, and turn out enough voters to defeat anti-abortion extremism.

If Democrats lose Virginia, there will be zero states in the South with abortion rights. This pain will ripple out far beyond Virginia because so many in surrounding states rely on the state for reproductive care after the Supreme Court overturned abortion rights.

And with Republicans elevating religious extremist Mike Johnson to Speaker of the House, it’s more important than ever to reject their authoritarian agenda with every fiber of our being.

If we are able to organize and get out the vote in the final days, we are going to overcome extremism and win victories for our freedom on Tuesday. However, that won’t happen unless we all pull together.
