Welcome to Prison Fellowship®!
John,

Thank you for signing up for our weekly updates. We look forward to bringing you inspiring stories, helpful resources, and opportunities for you to make a difference. Through programs in prison and in the community, and through advocacy for criminal
justice reform, <[link removed]> Prison Fellowship is on a mission to see God’s restoring power transform the lives of people like Darryl <[link removed]>.

At age 10,  Darryl was smoking marijuana. By the time he got to junior high school, he was selling it. Each passing year took Darryl further into the drug scene.

Then one day, while they were out cruising the streets of his small Texas hometown, Darryl’s best friend handed him a crack pipe. After that, getting high was all that mattered. Darryl was only a teenager, but he was already on the road that would lead him to prison.

He could easily have died if he had kept going like he was. But ultimately, Darryl explains, “Prison is what saved my life.”

Behind bars, Darryl found Jesus and entered an intensive, biblically based Prison Fellowship program that radically changed his life. He even reconnected with his young daughter through Angel Tree <[link removed]>®.

Darryl’s story is an example of the amazing things that God is doing through Prison Fellowship. Today, more than 15 years after his release from prison, he’s a whole new man.

What is even more remarkable is the way God is using Darryl to reach men who are still behind bars. Darryl is the current director of a Prison Fellowship Academy <[link removed]> in
Texas—the very same program he completed when he was a prisoner!

Darryl’s life has come full circle. And someone like you made it possible.
