Skagit County has released the 2023 HOME Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). The NOFA and all application materials can be found on the Skagit County HOME Consortium webpage at the following link: [link removed]. 

The TBRA program is part of the federally funded HOME Investment Partnership Program. More information can be found in the Skagit County HOME Consortium Policies and Procedures Manual, also available on the HOME Consortium webpage.
