Maximus Workers across the country have been fighting for better pay and working conditions and trying to form a Union for years. Maximus' anti-union campaign and ongoing instances of interference with their right to organize have made it difficult to win the family-sustaining jobs.  

Although Maximus workers help millions of people access health coverage, they struggle to afford their own healthcare. The pressures they face continue as open enrollment approaches. Workers are pushed to their limits on answering back-to-back calls. 91% of Maximus workers report earning less than $19 per hour, and 32% report earning less than $17 an hour. 

That's why, on November 9th, they are prepared to tell Maximus they can't afford to wait any longer! They deserve a living wage of $25 an hour, access to affordable healthcare without having to go into medical debt, and the freedom to form a union without fear of retaliation.
