Texas Values Action, in conjunction with ivoterguide, have provided a list of local School Board & Special HD2 races with a rating of each candidates political rating leanings, either Conservative or Liberal, or somewhere in between. The November 7th, 2023 races along with the rating of most candidates can be viewed on ivoterguide.com.

As of today the House has passed the following additional measures:
HB 4 - Author: Spiller
Relating to prohibitions on the illegal entry into or illegal presence in this state by a person who is an alien, the enforcement of those prohibitions, and authorizing under certain circumstances the removal of persons who violate certain of those prohibitions; creating criminal offenses.
HB 6 - Authors: Jetton, Jacey
Relating to making an appropriation for the construction, operation, and maintenance of border barrier infrastructure.
SB 4 - Author: Flores, Sponsor: Guillen
Relating to the punishment for certain criminal conduct involving the smuggling of persons or the operation of a stash house; increasing criminal penalties.
