Get rid of the asinine Senate rule that allows one member to block votes by the other 99

Tuberville

The US Senate has some stupid rules, but perhaps the most asinine of all is the one that allows ONE senator to block a vote, even if it's favored by the other 99.

Senator Tommy Tuberville is currently using it to block military promotions (because he opposes its abortion policies), but he's far from the only one to do it.

It is simply asinine and profoundly anti-democratic that ONE senator can block a vote on something that is supported by an overwhelming majority.  And it needs to stop NOW.

Add your name, and tell the Senate to get rid of the asinine Senate rule that allows one member to block votes by the other 99 >>
