John, the Virginia elections are just six days away, and pro-choice champion Danica Roem needs your support in her critical state Senate race.

You may remember Danica from 2017, when she unseated the self-described "chief homophobe" of Virginia to become the first openly transgender state legislator in U.S. history. Since then, she has passed 41 of her bills into law — all with bipartisan support. 

Now she's running for a newly-redrawn district in the Virginia state Senate against Bill Woolf, a pro-Trump, anti-LGBTQ+, anti-choice Republican who cares more about stripping away our rights than making his community a better and safer place to live. This is one of seven toss-up seats in Virginia, meaning this race could decide which party will control the Senate for the next four years. (For reference, right now the Democratic majority in the state Senate is the only thing stopping Gov. Glenn Youngkin from banning abortion in the state outright.)
