Important but Incomplete Victory for Indigenous Peoples in Brazil

The US Food Sovereignty Alliance has awarded the annual Food Sovereignty Prize to two outstanding organizations, the Black Dirt Farm Collective, located in Maryland, and Mouvman Peyizan Papay (MPP), a long-time partner of ours based in Haiti.

Fund a Movement-Centered Response to Genocide

United Nations officials and scholars of genocide and Holocaust studies agree: the invasion and bombing campaign of Gaza is a "textbook case of genocide."

Even as we fear for the safety of our partners, family, and friends in Palestine, together we can respond to the devastating situation with clarity and movement-centered solidarity.

A critical part of our solidarity is mobilizing funding for social movements that are a lifeline for the communities they represent. Every dollar donated to our emergency fund will go to supporting grassroots work in Palestine.
