As Congress confronts a government funding deadline this month, the Coalition wants to make sure that it prioritizes America’s hospitals and health systems – and the patients they serve. The new House Speaker and Congressional Leaders will soon be making critical decisions on end-of-year priorities, which could involve decisions around funding for Medicare, funding for rural hospitals, and support for patient access to quality hospital care, among other key issues.
