The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) 1071 Small Business Lending Rule would add extra paperwork and small business lending complications. NFIB announced that it will consider the Congressional Review Act resolution of disapproval of the CFPB 1071 rule as an NFIB Key Vote.
