We all know that the Biden Border Crisis -- enabled by the lax open borders policies of the Biden Administration and the radical Democrats on Capitol Hill -- have allowed as many as eight million illegal migrants to enter our country, including an unknown number of potential terrorists. 

But it’s not just those here illegally that pose an unacceptable security risk -- foreign nationals here in the United States legally on visas should not be allowed to remain if they support or endorse terrorism -- period. 

Unfortunately, that’s what we’ve been seeing nationwide -- particularly by foreign students on American university study programs -- since the despicable Hamas terror attacks against Israeli civilians. 

That’s why Senator Deb Fischer joined a letter from Republicans in the U.S. Senate urging Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas to use current authorities to ensure that visa holders who support terrorism are quickly removed from our country.

Friend, federal law is clear that any visa holder who “endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization” is inadmissible and must be deported. 

While American citizens are free to express their opinion about matters of national security and foreign policy, no foreign national has a right to advocate for terrorism in the United States and should have the privilege of remaining in our country revoked immediately.
