Josh Green for Hawaii

Aloha Friend,

Thanks to your support, we reached our end-of-month fundraising goal for October!

We want to express our deepest gratitude for supporting Governor Green, and for sharing your thoughts in the survey we sent recently – your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Hawaii.

Michelle Mishina Kunz / New York Times

Last week, Josh was in Washington D.C. to meet with President Biden, Homeland Security Advisor Dr. Liz Sherwood-Randall, Director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs Tom Perez, and FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell to discuss our disaster recovery efforts and ensure the West Maui community gets all the resources they need.

Josh also ordered our state and national flags to be lowered to half-mast to mourn the innocent victims of both the mass shooting in Maine and the conflict in the Middle East.

The governor and his team have already made real progress on important issues like affordable housing, homelessness, preventing gun violence, and closing Red Hill – and continue to provide housing, medical care, mental health support, and other needed services to the Maui fire survivors.

These results would not have been possible without your continued engagement and support – so again, thank you for being an important member of Team Green.

We will continue to keep you informed – and you can stay up to date by following us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Mahalo,

Team Green
