Gov. Youngkin is waiting with his pen in hand to gleefully sign an abortion ban into law if he wins his Republican trifecta on November 7.
We cannot afford for that to happen. Not only will Youngkin ban abortion in Virginia, he will use Virginia as a blueprint for Republicans running in 2024.
We have endorsed 80 candidates this cycle, including Schuyler VanValkenburg, Russet Perry, and Josh Thomas in target districts. Polls show that abortion will be a major factor in next Tuesday’s elections, with a majority of Virginians supporting keeping our abortion law the same or making it less restrictive.
We only have 5 days left to protect abortion rights in Virginia. That’s why we are working overtime to get out the vote – including with the release of our new ad.
