Halloween may be over, but we've still got a few (organizing) treats to help beat those fossil fuel industry tricks!

First, mark your calendars for next Wednesday, and the next four Wednesday after that for:

Wednesday(s): ♻️ Weekly NY HEAT Calls! ☎️

We need to put as much heat on the Governor's office as we can to get the NY HEAT Act passed in the budget. So, we're calling her office every Wednesday for the next month.

1️⃣  Call (866) 583-2908 and tell her that we need her to pass the NY HEAT Act to bring us cleaner energy and lower bills in the 2024 budget, ASAP.

2️⃣ Get two friends to join you the next Wednesday.

And then two more after that..

And two more after that..

..until our numbers are unstoppable!

Thursday: ♻️ Renewable Heat Now + NY Renews Power Hour 🔥

Next Thursday, Nov 9th, the RHN coalition is joining together with NY Renews for a truly powerful hour. Consider this a grassroots call to action on what it will take to win next year--which is getting close!

And finally, a different kind of action:

AGREE is hiring an Energy Advisor!

Alliance for a Green Economy is in search of an Energy Advisor for the CNY EnergySmart Campaign, to reach diverse communities with information about energy efficiency and electrification programs and funding to improve their homes. The EnergySmart Campaign will also connect people with energy affordability and clean energy opportunities and careers. We are looking for candidates who live in Madison, Cayuga, Cortland, Oswego, and Onondaga Counties.
